遠流字典通專業版按發音鍵and voice test 都沒聲音，iphone上有，new pad上沒有，確定不是ipad設定問題，空英是好的
無法更新

透過電腦仍無法更新，一直顯示在「downloaded」的狀態。

這是iTunes連線的問題，請您再試試看，若仍不行必須反應給App Store。
unable to update

I've been notified to update this apps for days. However, everytime I failed when I tried. A box comes out reminding me the size of this apps is over 50MB, thus, I must use iTunes on my computer to download it. The question is this is already a purchased item and I couldn't find any update version through the iTune store. What should I do?

請檢查該筆訂單是否完成，若確實完成交易請寄iTunes收據給我們，我們為您查詢看看。

如何檢查購買記錄：開啟電腦的iTunes → 點選上方的 [Store] → 檢視我的帳號。

若該筆訂單未完成交易，則必須請您向App Store諮詢，因為收費機制(金流)是 Apple 控管的，我們無法為您處理。

前天剛從iPad上APP Store購買安裝me國語辭典
我想也要安裝在我的iPhone裡，是否要重新購買？

不需重新購買，只要在iPhone下載登入和購買時的會員帳號及密碼是同一組，即可安裝在iPad及iPhone共同使用。
