無法訂購大家說英語11月份

當我按訂閱後，卻出現無法驗證收據，錯誤代碼20012等字眼，就沒法購買，請問有辦法解決嗎？謝謝

1. 麻煩請轉寄iTunes Store收據號碼的信件到客服信箱welcome@mail.soyong.com.tw，並提供回覆授權的Otis Err otis=號碼給我們。

2. JB(越獄)的機器無法購買。

我之前沒有填寫購買信用卡卡號~~用電腦Itunes更新,結果下載大家說英語,裡頭購物車選擇訂閱,12期1790 要購買時,出現(錯誤 驗證收據時發生錯誤(錯誤代碼:21002).無法完成交易我該如何呢n?

我買了空中英語iPad版，但是iPhone可以用？

iPhone版的空中英語可以同時安裝在iPhone及iPad上以相容模式使用；iPhone或iPad桌面上貓頭鷹icon小圖沒有HD字樣。

空中英語iPad HD版只能在iPad上使用，無法安裝到iPhone使用；iPad桌面上貓頭鷹icon小圖有HD字樣。
